Vasilect describes states of containment and the movements between
them. It has seven indivisible glyphs. All higher script is built
from these by position alone — no atom changes meaning out of context,

## VI. RECURSIVE CONTAINMENT — `[[A]]`
A vessel may hold a vessel. The scribes were divided on what this
means, and the division survived into the carving: two competing
hands appear in this section, marked α and β.

Hand α reads `[[A]]` as redundant emphasis — a vessel so
carefully sealed it is sealed twice. Ceremonial. The inner bracket
adds no new physics, only weight of telling, the way a name is said
twice to mean it is final.
Hand β reads `[[A]]` as distance — the inner vessel does not
know it is contained. Charge inside `[[●]]` cannot flux to anything
outside the outer rim, even if the outer rim ruptures, because the
inner boundary has no knowledge that the outer one existed. Rupture
of the shell does not liberate the core.

Hand β wins the argument by the only method available to dead
scribes: hand α's gloss is scratched out, badly, leaving a legible
ghost beneath the correction —

This tablet adopts β. Containment is recursive and accumulative:
depth of nesting is depth of insulation, not decoration. A telling
written `[[[●]]]` describes a charge three rims from any weather.

## VII. THE CHARGED VOID — does `∅` hold?
Tablet I's lexicon already contains the disputed form `∅[●]` —
"a charge held inside what looks like nothing." This tablet resolves
it partially, by splitting the glyph in use:

## VIII. THE EIGHTH ATOM — reconstructed from rim-wear
Tablet I's margin noted unexplained wear "second from the left" in
the atom-row, as if an eighth glyph once stood between `●` and `△` —
between charged vessel and source — and was worn to nothing by
handling, the way a coin's face softens from being held, not spent.
A glyph between holding and emitting would be a vessel that
is about to give, but has not yet — charge with direction already
